Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) is a fatal demyelinating disease caused by infection with JC virus or BK virus.
X-linked Hyper IgM syndrome - Fatal PML with JC virus and BK virus has been reported in a single adult patient with this disease.
DOCK8 Deficiency -Sporadic cases of PML due to JC virus have been reported
