Patients have a prominent glabella, hypertelorism, beaked nose, and frontal bossing (so called Greek warrior helmet facies). Patients also have microcephaly, coloboma, growth deficiency and mental retardation. Patients can develop CVID and specific antibody deficiency (T cell immunity is normal).
