STAT3 Deficiency
Patients develop severe dermatitis and recurrent cutaneous bacterial skin infections with Staphylococcus. Patients also suffer from recurrent sinopulmonary infections. Patients develop pneumatoceles following pneumonias. In addition, they have musculoskeletal abnormalities including retained primary teeth, pathologic fractures, hyperextensible joints, coarse facial features, and scoliosis.
