DOCK8 Deficiency
Patients develop severe dermatitis and recurrent cutaneous bacterial skin infections with Staphylococcus. Unlike patients with STAT3 deficiency, DOCK8 deficiency patients do not develop pneumatoceles and are less likely to have musculoskeletal abnormalities. Viral cutaneous infections and T cell immunodeficiency are features unique to DOCK8 deficiency.
