NEMO Deficiency
Cutaneous infections with HSV, HPV, and Molluscum contagiosum have been reported in patients. Patients also commonly suffer from bacterial sinopulmonary infections, invasive bacterial infections, herpes virus infections, and mycobacterial infections. This disease is characterized by antibody deficiency, low NK cell function, and poor inflammatory cytokine production following TLR stimulation.
