X-Linked Agammaglobulinemia

X-linked agammaglobulinemia - Up to 20% of patients develop arthritis. While septic arthritis from bacterial infections (Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, Helicobacter, Flexispira, and Campylobacter) can occur, patients also develop aseptic arthritis resembling juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pain, joint effusion and limited range of motion).
