Papa Syndrome

PAPA Syndrome - Pyogenic arthritis is the first clinical manifestation to appear in patients (between age 1 and 16 years). It is typically an erosive oligoarticular sterile pyogenic arthritis involving the elbow, knee, or ankle. Patients also develop pyoderma gangrenosum (poorly healing ulcerative skin lesions) and severe cystic acne (after the onset of puberty).
