DOCK8 DEFICIENCY
DOCK8 Deficiency - This disease is associated with eczematous dermatitis, bacterial skin and pulmonary infections, viral cutaneous infections, high IgE levels, combined immunodeficiency, and increased risk for malignancies. Patients also develop allergic disease at high frequency including asthma and IgE-mediated food allergy. Unlike STAT3 deficiency, patients do not develop pneumatoceles, delayed shedding of primary teeth, or pathologic fractures.
