DOCK8 Deficiency
Patients commonly develop chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis involving the oral mucosa and nails. Patients also develop recurrent cutaneous and pulmonary bacterial infections. DOCK8 deficiency patients are also characterized by severe viral cutaneous infections.
