DOCK8 Deficiency
Patients suffer from bacterial lung and skin infections. However, these patients also suffer from severe cutaneous viral infections due to T cell immunodeficiency. DOCK8 patients do not develop pneumatoceles and do not suffer from musculoskeletal abnormalities found in patients with STAT3 deficiency.
