Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase Deficiency
Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase (PNP) deficiency - Patients develop a number of autoimmune manifestations including autoimmune neutropenia, hemolytic anemia, and ITP. Less common manifestations include SLE and CNS vasculitis.
