CVID - Approximately 25% of patients develop autoimmune disease. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia and ITP are the most common manifestations. However, Sjogren syndrome has also been well-described in this patient population. Patients with low switched memory B cell populations appear to be at greater risk of developing autoimmune disease.S vasculitis.
