TYK2 Deficiency
This is a rare cause of autosomal recessive Hyper IgE syndrome. Two patients have been reported to date. One Japanese patient had severe eczema, pneumonia, recurrent skin abscesses, and cutaneous HPV and Molluscum contagiosum infections.
